Hey, I’m Grayson 👋
I was an electrical engineer designing substations in my cubicle dreaming of traveling abroad. One day I had enough, and I created my plan to make my dream happen.

I found a company open to the idea, designed my plan, and set out to achieve my dream. I traveled for 3.5 years around the world working remotely as an electrical engineer.

I then pitched a whole new role the company and transitioned into HR as a Head of Remote. Among other things, I created the most flexible work anywhere program out there, all at a traditional engineering firm. After multiple years, tens of engineers at the company realized their dream of traveling abroad.

Now, I want to expand my mission further and help more engineers travel abroad without sacrificing their career.
